Size: 12-18’’

The native Nannyberry (Viburnum lentago) is a great addition to any naturalized area and can be grown as either a small tree or shrub. Its berries are edible to humans raw and are very attractive to wildlife – especially birds and squirrels. In the springtime the Nannyberry produces white flowers in cymes. Leaves will change to a green-yellow to reddish-purple in the fall. Prefers Full Sun, Partial Sun/Shade and moist, well drained soils. Grows 14' - 16' in height and spreads 6' - 12'

This plant will be packaged as "bare root". Bare root plants have no soil around their roots. Bare root trees, shrubs, and perennials must be planted as soon as possible before growth begins. Find care and planting instructions here:  https://www.arborday.org/trees/planting/bare-root.cfm
